About

Hello I am Sam,

I live and work in the beautiful seaside town of Nambucca Heads NSW Australia.

I share a little Wellness clinic in the centre of town with my friend Holly, we offer RTT/Hypnotherapy, Intuitive Massage and Kinesiology.

Keep It Organic is not merely a name, it is a creed. This is not only mine, but a shared global vision by a growing number of people to help make the earth a more sustainable and amazing place to live for all.

"Think Organic Think Future"

"I  endeavor to support organic and natural products by promoting them though my website and in our Wellness Clinic. It is preferable that manufacturers reduce or totally eliminate the amount of plastics used in the manufacture and packaging of their products."

Why do I support Viva La Body?

A good friend gifted me Viva La Body products for Christmas and that is how my love affair started. Keep It Organic will proudly support these beautiful, eco products made for the past 20 years, with love, by an amazing family in Darwin.

Viva La Body's products are ethically manufactured, vegan and plant based, palm oil free and cruelty free and housed in compostable packaging (plant seedlings in them!). Viva La Body's ingredients have been stringently examined and independently certified by Orangutan Alliance and Choose Cruelty Free. Totally plastic free - true Zero Waste. Viva La Body offer an extensive range of hair, face body, home and pet care needs without destroying the earth!

You can help address this problem by adopting
    the mantra: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

    Strength of many...

If we all do our bit and lead by example to think about producing and consuming products in an organic and sustainable way, we will have a better chance of keeping our world a better place for our future generations to live, including the amazing myriad of plants and animals that live here with us.

Supporting earthy and organic products that are also plastic free is a hard thing to do in the world as it is, we can all do our best to actively encourage consumers and producers to work with us towards a sustainable future.

With a little more thought, we can all change our habits so that we throw out less garbage. It's as easy as developing a few new practices - when shopping and in the kitchen - and very soon it becomes second nature.

Mother Gaia will thank you for it.
